Explain:- Hydrops fetalis can be caused by hemolytic disease of the newborn especially Rh incompatibility characterized by edema, anemia, ascites, and pericardial and pleural effusions. This occurs when an Rh -ve mother has an Rh +ve fetus so the antibodies formed against the fetal RBCs.
